RETURNS AND RESTOCKING

We stand 100% behind our products and the manufacturers who produce them, and we will make every effort to resolve any issues.

CUSTOM ITEMS:

Special orders where custom fabrics or colors are selected are non-refundable. As soon as you place your order, we begin the building process. Therefore, we are not able to accept any cancellations or adjustments on any customizable items. We may, at our discretion, make an exception in which case a restocking fee of one third (33.3%) of the purchase price plus shipping (if applicable) will be charged. Finally, certain products cannot be returned because our suppliers cannot take them back, such as those customized to your specifications.

FABRICS & COMFORT:

Since manufacturers of upholstered fabrics do not guarantee their merchandise from shrinkage, color fastness, or quality wearing, we are unable to consider adjustments/claims/credits for fabric merchandise. Personal comfort is subjective; therefore, no written or implied comfort guarantee is made and is not a basis for return. Furthermore, the use of any merchandise other than for household purposes voids all warranties.

MEASUREMENTS:

We provide all dimensions for our products in their item descriptions. It is the Customer’s responsibility for measuring home doorways, stairways, hallways, and the intended space for the furniture to ensure fitment prior to purchase. Product that does not fit into the intended room or space is not returnable or refundable.

FLOOR DISPLAYS:

Any of our floor displays are sold As-Is. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect any items purchased directly off the showroom floor PRIOR to completing purchase. There are no returns on any floor display for any reason. 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

– Returned items must be new and in unused condition. All packaging must be 100% intact. All case goods state on their boxes, in English and Spanish, to not discard any packaging until all the contents have been fully inspected.

– If products have been assembled or have been attempted to be assembled, we cannot accept them as returns. Please see our Right to Repair policy for items that are damaged or defective PRIOR to any assembly attempt.

– If a personal repair is attempted to a damaged/defective item, and we have not been contacted for a replacement part/piece, the item(s) will no longer be eligible for a repair or exchange of any kind.

** We are not responsible for errors and/or any damage that occurs from incorrect assembly. **

– Any returns for any reason, if approved, will be subject to a 33.3% re-stocking fee. Any refunds will be made for the purchase price of the merchandise plus tax, minus the re-stocking fee. Delivery fees are non-refundable (if applicable to the situation).

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company.
In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms.
