DELIVERY

We offer flat rate service to any Charlotte zip code!

We can deliver to second floors, third floors and up. If you are located in a high-rise apartment building, your residence most likely has a larger, freight elevator for moving furniture/equipment/etc. If you can guarantee access for our delivery team at the time of service, we keep the same flat rate as first floor.  

If you are not located in Charlotte, please contact us with your zip code so we can advise you if it is within our service area or not. For those we are not able to offer service to, you are welcome to schedule and pick up your order at our store or warehouse location. Our storage warehouse is located directly across Independence Boulevard from our storefront.  

Please note we do not offer shipping on any of our items at this time. 

THIRD PARTY COMPANIES:
Customers are always welcome to use a third party moving or transportation company. We provide complementary protective wrapping for these items. If you feel damage has occurred during transport, bring-in or other service that has been provided by another company, we encourage you to reach out to that company directly with any concerns. K & D’s Discount Store cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by the use of a third party. 

ALL ITEMS ARE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED PRIOR TO BEING WRAPPED.

PICK UP

We offer a pickup option with every order if you choose to transport and assemble yourself. We will schedule a date and arrival time window for you at the time of purchase. If something you wish to switch to delivery, just give us a call, we’ll get you a quote and let you know the soonest available delivery date.
