DELIVERY & PICK UP
For many of our items we can offer a free, curbside delivery to the Charlotte area.
Curbside delivery in defined as a delivery outside of the residence. Items are brought as close to the front door as possible without encountering any stairs (up or down), barriers, etc. As long as there are no previously mentioned obstacles, we can also place items into a garage, storage area, or service elevator if applicable.
At this time we are not offering bring-in, assembly or other related services.
THIRD PARTY COMPANIES:
Customers are always welcome to use a third party moving/transportation company. We provide complementary protective wrapping for these items.
ALL ITEMS ARE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED PRIOR TO BEING WRAPPED.
If you feel damage has occurred during transport, bring-in or other service that has been provided by another company, we encourage you to reach out to that company directly with any concerns. K & D’s Discount Store cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by the use of a third party.
We do our absolute best to be flexible with customers in regards to their delivery or pick up dates/times. It is the customer’s responsibility to reach out with any scheduling conflicts, time constraints, etc.
For a first time reschedule, there will be no fee. For a second reschedule, there is a $89.99 rescheduling fee that must be paid within 7 days in order arrange another delivery attempt. If the fee is left unpaid, those items will be strictly available for pickup within 10 days of the second delivery date.
Any items that are left beyond that time frame will be subject to forfeiture.
** ANY ITEMS THAT ARE PAID IN FULL AND LEFT AT K & D’S DISCOUNT STORE FOR 30 DAYS OR MORE,
WITHOUT APPROVAL, WILL BE CONSIDERED A FORFEIT **
